How Do I Cancel/Make Changes to my subscription?
In the top right you will see a little "person icon" beside the shopping bag. Click the "person icon" to access your account and make changes!

Orders
Where's my order?
After purchase, your files are automatically emailed the email you used during checkout!
I requested custom icons, where is my file?
All custom requested B3D Studio files will be emailed to the email you used when you purchased, within 24 hours of the time you ordered.
You will still receive your original order with no custom icons, immediately.
Please check your spam/junk folder.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Given the digital nature of B3D Studio files, all sales are final.
You can change or cancel your subscription anytime in the "my subscription" section.
I have placed an order and didn't receive confirmation email?

General Questions
Where are the icons?
All B3D Studio NFC Base Files are sold blank for customers to personalize to their own liking, with their own icons of choice.
If you would like help customizing, please reach out via email or social media with your order number and preferred icons.
Please Note: Only one customized base is provided per base file purchase.
What NFC Tags do I use?
All the NFC compatible designs are created using 35mm NFC tags. From personal experience I have had more success with the larger size tags.

If you cannot find 35mm tags or want to use other smaller sizes, consider that it may affect print quality. Always test print before printing your final design.
What type of files are these?
These are digital print files, in STL and 3MF format specifically designed for use in 3D Printing.
How Does The Subscription Work?
By joining our monthly subscription you gain immediate access to all available digital design files, including the commercial rights to sell the physical items produced, for as long as you are actively subscribed.
You will have access to the files for all digital products currently listed on the website, as well as additional files as they are created. No additional file purchase is necessary.
Cancelation Policy
You have full control over subscription and can cancel at any time in the "my subscription" section, located at the bottom of the page.
Please keep in mind that you must hold an active subscription in order to legally continue selling the physical products made from B3D Studio designs.
Issues/Complaints
Any issues or complaints must be submitted within 7 days from the purchase date.
Any complaints made outside of this time-frame may be disregarded.
Returns
Do you accept refunds?
Given the digital nature of B3D Studio files, all sales are final.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
B3D Studio files are all digital, nothing physical will be shipped.
You should receive your confirmation email and email containing your file links immediately after purchase.
