Second Pause/Color Change: Layer 16 (Teal/Green to Hot Pink/Red)
Third Pause/Color Change: Layer 21 (Hot Pink/Red to White)
Fourth Pause/Color Change: Layer 26 (White to Black)
*When using a 0.2mm layer height.*
